LOCATION Situated in the Old Town of Lyme Regis, just a 5 min level walk from the beach and shops.

PROPERTY A delightful 18th century three bedroom cottage, full of character and tastefully furnished and decorated in light and airy colours. Heating is by night storage heaters and electric panel heaters.

KITCHEN/DINER Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, electric oven and hob, microwave etc. Large dining table and chairs for six.

LOUNGE Lovely light and airy lounge with french doors, comfortable sofas, freeview satellite television, DVD, a large selection of DVD’s and videos for the visitors’ use and CD player.

BEDROOMS On the first floor is a double bedroom which has a king size bed and a twin bedded room. A further stair case leads up to the attic bedroom. A lovely big room with views over the rooftops to the sea and cliffs, twin beds, television and video.

BATHROOMS On the ground floor you will find a downstairs shower room, also with toilet and washbasin. On the first floor is a large family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet.

OUTSIDE There is a garage to the front of the property for parking one small/average size car. If there are further cars, we suggest the nearby carpark in Hill Road where weekly permits are available. There is also a patio area to the side for drying clothes.
