Upper Ilex is found in a quiet residential street only 5 minutes walk from the principal shopping area with its cafes, pubs and restaurants.   It is also only a short walk away from the Sea Front with its sandy beaches, Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb - so visitors can park their car and forget about it for their entire holiday!

 

This first floor self-catering apartment is light and airy with fitted kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc.    The apartment has modern gas central heating which offers instant heat and hot water.   There is an HD television and DVD combined set in the lounge and to the front of the property, off-road parking for two cars.
