LOCATION Situated in a central location just a couple of minutes’ walk from the main shopping area and the beach.

PROPERTY Sea Breeze is a first floor three bedroomed spacious apartment, double glazed and centrally heated with magnificent sea views.

KITCHEN Lovely sea views from the kitchen window, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, multi-functional microwave, hob,fridge freezer and dining unit.

LOUNGE Delightful lounge/sunroom with glorious views over the town to the sea. Equipped with comfortable seating, television and CD player.

BEDROOMS Two bedrooms with twin beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds, although these can be split into two single beds if required.

BATHROOM There is a tiled shower room with toilet and washbasin.

OUTSIDE At the rear of the property is a small garden which is for the use of the residents but the produce grown in the garden is private. We would like to point out that French doors opening onto the flat roof are for fresh air and emergency only, the roof is not part of the apartment and must not be walked on.Overnight parking is permitted in the library lay-by opposite if available. We suggest a weekly permit in the Woodmead Halls carpark, situated in Hill Road, about 5 mins walk away.
