LOCATION Situated in an elevated position in the tranquil location of the old town of Lyme Regis, just a 5 minute relatively level riverside walk to the beach and shops. PROPERTY Overjordan House is a stunning three bedroom property, superbly furnished and decorated throughout with a wonderful open plan living area making it ideal for the whole family to spend time together.
![]() SUNROOM The main entrance to Overjordan is through a delightful sunroom with doors that open right out and is furnished with comfortable sofas in which to relax and enjoy the warmth.
![]() KITCHEN The large kitchen is extremely well equipped with 5 burner gas hob, integrated electric oven and microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is a very useful utility room leading off from the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the far end of the kitchen is a breakfast bar with bar stools.
![]() SITTING ROOM/DINING ROOM The kitchen leads through to the dining area which has a large dining table and chairs for 8 and onto the sitting room which is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas and chairs. The sitting room is equipped with television, dvd, video and music centre and has a modern wood burning stove which visitors are welcome to use.
![]() BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a lovely brass double bed with king size duvet and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and double duvet and the third bedroom has two single beds with truckles beneath so will sleep 4.
![]() BATHROOMS The family bathroom has large bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
OUTSIDE At the front of the property there is a secluded patio area equipped with table and chairs - a real sun-trap. Leading from this patio area, there is a spiral staircase which takes you up to a roof terrace where you can catch a glimpse of the sea and relax on the sun loungers. To the rear of the house is a small lawned area.
![]() PARKING The property is reached via Mill Green and the gravelled drive leads to the parking area which has parking for one car. Any extra cars can be parked in the nearby Woodmead Halls carpark which can be accessed via a gate in the back garden - weekly permits are available. ![]() OVERJORDAN HOUSE This beautiful house is on two levels and the lower level - Overjordan Annex - is a seperate property which has a lady tenant who is often away.
Duvets and pillows are provided, tenants to bring/hire bed linen and towels
