SITTING ROOM/DINING ROOM  The kitchen leads through to the dining area which has a large dining table and chairs for 8 and onto the sitting room which is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas and chairs.   The sitting room is equipped with television, dvd, video and music centre and has a modern wood burning stove which visitors are welcome to use.  

 

 

BEDROOMS  The master bedroom has a lovely brass double bed with king size duvet and en-suite shower room.   The second bedroom has a double bed and double duvet and the third bedroom has two single beds with truckles beneath so will sleep 4. 

 

 

BATHROOMS   The family bathroom has large bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. 

 

OUTSIDE  At the front of the property there is a secluded patio area equipped with table and chairs - a real sun-trap.   Leading from this patio area, there is a spiral staircase which takes you up to a roof terrace where you can catch a glimpse of the sea and relax on the sun loungers.   To the rear of the house is a small lawned area.

 

 

 

 

PARKING  The property is reached via Mill Green and the gravelled drive leads to the parking area which has parking for one car.  Any extra cars can be parked in the nearby Woodmead Halls carpark which can be accessed via a gate in the back garden - weekly permits are available.  More options for parking are detailed on our 'useful information' page.

 

 

 OVERJORDAN HOUSE  This beautiful house is on two levels and the lower level - Overjordan Annex - is a seperate property which has a lady tenant who is often away.
