LOCATION

Nanaimo is in a central location, set behind the main street of the town within a private courtyard.   An ideal spot with shops, restaurants and the beach on your doorstep, yet away from the immediate hustle and bustle of the town.   Visitors tend to park their car for the week and forget all about it!

 

PROPERTY

Nanaimo is a ground floor two bedroom apartment in a small block of just two.  The property is light and airy and in a great location.  The property has double glazing and night store heating throughout so is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year.

 

 

 

KITCHEN/DINER/LOUNGE

From the front door, you enter the open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge.   The room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, folding dining room table and chairs, TV with built in DVD player, modern feature fireplace.   The kitchen area is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

 

 

 

 

BEDROOMS

The hallway leads through to the first bedroom which has a double bed and large wardrobe and then onto the second bedroom which has a pine single bed plus a single folding futon bed and a wardrobe.

 

 

 

BATHROOM

The bathroom is a really good size and is equipped with a bath, separate shower unit with electric power shower, toilet and washbasin as well as housing the washer/dryer.

 

 

 

OUTSIDE

To the front of the apartment there is a bench on which to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the property also has it's own parking spot - a rarity in the centre of Lyme!  It is accessed via a narrow entrance off of Broad Street (1.9m at the narrowest point). Small cars such as a Ford Fiesta have little problem, larger cars such as Vauxhall Zafira and Vectras, VW Golf,  Peugeot 308's,  Audi A4's need to take care and larger cars and 4x4's need to be parked elsewhere.   If it transpires your car is too wide, there are various car-parks in Lyme Regis and for more details, take a look at our 'information' page to decide which is the best option for you.
