LOCATION Situated in the sought-after Cobb/Harbour area of Lyme Regis, within 50 m of the pubs and the beach.

PROPERTY First floor three bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished and decorated, heated by electric panel heaters with bay window seats in the kitchen and lounge in which to sit and enjoy the lovely sea views.

KITCHEN/DINER Modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven and extractor, microwave etc. Dining table and chairs, window seats and lovely sea views.

LOUNGE South facing lounge with comfortable seating, television and video, window seats with lovely sea views.

BEDROOMS One double room with en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds.

BATHROOMS One en-suite shower room with the double bedroom and one further family shower room.

OUTSIDE At the front of the property is a shared garden with a lawned area equipped with patio table and chairs. We suggest parking in the nearby Monmouth Beach car park where a weekly permit can be obtained from the machine. Alternatively there is a private car park behind the apartment where visitors car park for a weekly fee, for more details call Viv on 01297 443756 or if you don't mind a little walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush car park where you can park for around £12 a week - contact us for more details.

Z-bed available on request for one extra person at £60/week

Duvets and pillows are provided, tenants to bring/hire bed linen and towels

No Smoking, pets by arrangement only
