LOCATION Situated in a central location, ideally placed for the shops, literally outside the front door, with the beach less than a minute’s walk.

PROPERTY Kippis Cottage is a semi-detached property set behind the main street of the town, with a warm cosy atmosphere, being centrally heated throughout. There are views from the lounge across the old town rooftops to the sea and cliffs beyond.

ENTRANCE Accessed from Broad Street.

KITCHEN Spacious pine kitchen, fully equipped with farmhouse table and chairs, fridge with icebox, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and access to tumble dryer.

BATHROOM Good size bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin decorated with tiles and wood panelling.

LOUNGE Stairs take you up to the first floor and the lounge with timber beams, television, video, comfortable seating, double bed futon and large picture window.

BEDROOM Also on the first floor, the bedroom has pine furniture and twin beds.

OUTSIDE Visitors are welcome to use the owner’s patio garden with table, chairs and water feature.

PARKING It is suggested that visitors park in the short stay car-park just below the property to unload and then free parking is provided for your stay in either the nearby Charmouth Road or Holmbush car-parks - both around a 5 min walk away.
