LOCATION

Centrally situated behind the main street of Lyme Regis in a private courtyard so in an ideal spot with shops, restaurants and the beach just a stone's throw away yet tucked away from the immediate hustle and bustle of the town.  Visitors tend to arrive, park their cars and then forget about them for the rest of the week as everything is within easy reach.

 

PROPERTY

Kamloops is a light and airy two bedroom first floor apartment in a great location with views of the town's rooftops, church and cliffs beyond.   The apartment has double glazing and night store heating throughout so is ideal for holidays all year round.

 

 

 

 

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM/LOUNGE

An external staircase leads to the front door and entrance to the open plan living area.   This lovely light room with dual aspect windows is equipped with comfortable sofa and two leather chairs, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with combined DVD, lovely feature electric fire and well equipped kitchen and has views of the rooftops, church and cliffs beyond.   The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with icebox etc.

 

 

 

BEDROOMS

The hallway from the lounge leads through to the bedrooms, one double with large wardrobe and the second bedroom has bunk beds plus a single bed and wardrobe. 

 

 

 

BATHROOM

At the end of the hallway is the toilet and then a separate large family bathroom equipped with bath, separate shower cubicle, large heated towel rail and cupboard housing the washer dryer.

 

 

 

OUTSIDE

The apartment has a parking space for one car via an entrance from Broad Street  - a rarity in the centre of Lyme.   The entrance is narrow (1.9m at the narrowest point).  Cars such as Ford Fiestas have little problem.  Slightly larger cars such as Golfs, Vauxhall Vectras and Zafiras, Peugeot 308's and Audi A4's need to take care and larger cars and 4x4's need to park elsewhere.   If your car is too large, take a look at our 'information' page where we give details of  local car parks to see which would suit you best.
