LOCATION Situated in a beautifully secluded position along the riverside walk in the heart of the old town of Lyme Regis. The shops, restaurants and beach are just a 5 minutelevelwalk away.

PROPERTY Jordan House is a delightfully airy three bedroom house. It is Grade ll listed and full of character, furnished and decorated to a high standard with gas central heating throughout.

KITCHEN

The newly fitted modern kitchen is generously equipped including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric double oven etc. The property has a washer/dryer with airing facilities.

LOUNGE/DINER

The lounge/diner is a lovely spacious room with tiled floor, feature fireplace, television, dvd and video, CD player, comfortable seating and dining table and chairs for 8 people.

BEDROOMS The property has three large bedrooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom with king size bed. On the second floor, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and full size bunks.

BATHROOMS

On the first floor there is  a new bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin and toilet and feature fireplace. On the second floor is a tiled shower room with spacious electric shower, washbasin and toilet.

OUTSIDE

To the rear of the property is a gem of a garden, fully enclosed and equipped with patio table and chairs and barbecue – a lovely spot to spend an evening with a glass of wine listening to the nearby river meander by. To the front of the property there is a small patio and a gated parking area for three cars - a rarity in Lyme Regis. Jordan House is very well equipped for children and provides, travel cot, high chair, stair gates, baby alarms, baby bath etc, etc, children’s crockery, videos and games including small pool table and table football and a wooden wendy house on the patio area to the front of the house.
