PROPERTY Fuschia Cottage is a light and airy two bedroom attached property with ample parking and lovely enclosed back garden for the exclusive use of visitors to the cottage.

GROUND FLOOR Open plan ground floor with spacious kitchen-diner with pinewood open room divider to attractive lounge which has a feature fireplace, 4' bed settee, HD television and DVD combined set and patio door opening onto the enclosed rear garden. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. The cottage is centrally heated throughout and has instant hot water.

OUTSIDE A French door from the lounge leads to a lovely enclosed back garden equipped with garden furniture and clothes airer and to the front is off-road parking for two cars.

Duvets and pillows are provided - tenants to bring/hire bed linen and towels
