ILEX  is found in a quiet residential street, only a few minutes' walk from the principal shopping area with its cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is also only a short walk away from the sea front with its sandy beaches, Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb - so visitors can park their cars at Ilex, and forget them for their entire holiday!

This self-catering ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with fitted kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. Ilex has modern gas central heating, which offers instant heat and hot water. The apartment has an HD television and DVD combined set.  A side door from the kitchen leads to the small private rear courtyard equipped with garden furniture for the exclusive use of visitors to Ilex.   There is off street parking at the front of the property with two spaces for visitors to Ilex. 

 

 

There is a double and twin bedded room, and a shower room with wash hand basin and WC. This unit is suitable for those guests, who have limited mobility as the apartment is compact and all the rooms are on the level with a maximum of two steps into the unit.

 

A door from the kitchen leads round to the small private courtyard which is equipped with patio table and chairs and is for the exclusive use of visitors to Ilex.
