LOCATION Fernhill Heights is a small second home development situated between Lyme Regis and Charmouth. The properties nestle into the hillside with lovely countryside views, with the added benefit of an on-sight hotel with bar and restaurant, heated swimming pool and fishing lake. Numerous countryside walks are on the doorstep, as is the Golf Course at Lyme Regis which welcomes visitors. Both Lyme Regis and Charmouth are accessible on foot with footpaths running into both locations or there is a bus stop at the hotel entrance with regular visits to both Lyme Regis and Charmouth, if you would prefer not to use your car.

PROPERTY Fernhill Heights is a deceptively spacious end of terrace three bedroom house, very tastefully firnished and decorated in a quiet situation within the development. Heating is provided by electric panel heaters in each room.

KITCHEN The modern kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, larder fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven etc.

LOUNGE/DINER This is a lovely airy room with wood paneling, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs for six, TV, DVD and CD player.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a double bed, as does the second bedroom and the third bedroom has bunk-beds - all tastefully decorated.BATHROOMS On the ground floor is a good size bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and washbasin. There is a further shower room on the first floor with shower, toilet and washbasin.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a garden with a decked area equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy the countryside views. Ample parking is available to the side of the house and opposite. As well as the benefit of an on-sight hotel with bar and restaurant, visitors have the use of the communal grounds where children can play and ride their bikes, a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal), a fishing lake and crazy golf, yet it is within easy reach of the very popular seaside town of Lyme Regis and its neighbour Charmouth, both on the Jurassic coast.
