Fairfield Cottage - 7-8

PROPERTY Fairfield Cottage was built at the turn of the Century as servants’ quarters to the Fairfield Estate,the construction is of flintstone under a slate roof. In 1990, a complimentary extension was built to take advantage of the superb coastal views.

ENTRANCE From the parking area, down a few steps to the patio area to the entrance door and into the hallway. 

KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, kitchen table and chairs and CD/stereo system.

DINING ROOM  The large dining room has a farmhouse table and chairs to seat up to 8 people.

LOUNGE A cosy lounge has an open fire, comfortable sofas, television, DVD and video.

BEDROOMS Large master bedroom with lovely sea views, double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has sea views plus three single beds.  The third bedroom has twin beds.   A travel cot is available if required.

BATHROOM The cottage has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin and an en-suite on the first floor in the master bedroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
