LOCATION Situated in a delightful riverside location less than a 10 minute relatively level walk alongside the river to the town and the beach. PROPERTY A deceptively spacious three bedroom semi-detached cottage, comfortably furnished, with an open fire in the lounge and centrally heated throughout.

KITCHEN The fully fitted kitchen has a tiled floor and is equipped with electric double oven and hob, microwave and fridge with icebox. Off the kitchen is the cloakroom with toilet, washbasin as well as a washer/dryer. DINING ROOM The kitchen leads through to the dining room with table and chairs to seat six.

LOUNGE The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs, tv and dvd and has an open fire.

BEDROOMS Stairs from the lounge lead upstairs to the bedrooms. There is one double with an en-suite shower room, a further double and a single bedroom.

BATHROOMS There is a large family bathroom containing a bath with shower attachment, toilet and washbasin as well as an en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a small garden, ideal for sitting out.  However, due to the uneven ground, the garden is not really suitable for children to play in - they will need to be supervised.  PARKING To the front of the property is a parking space for one car.
