STARTING DAYS of holidays are Friday or Saturday and are shown against each property entry.  These may be flexible in low season.

PROPERTIES  Each property states how many it will sleep - for larger parties, some properties can be combined - please ask for details.

PROPERTY SELECTION Please telephone our office if you require assitance with your property selection.  We  are familiar with each property and may be able to assist if you have special requirements, i.e. limited mobility, allergies etc.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS can be taken over the telephone.  The property selected will be held for five days.  After that period the provisional booking will be automatically cancelled.

BOOKING FORM Once a provisional booking has been made, please complete and return the booking form with details of all members of the party, with a deposit cheque plus the booking fee. If you are booking within six weeks of your holiday, the full amount will be payable. Click here to download booking form

CONFIRMATION of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form and deposit.  This will also tell you when the balance of your holiday will be due.

KEY COLLECTION details will be forwarded to you on receipt of the balance of your holiday.

SECURITY DEPOSITS will occasionally be payable at the discretion of the owner, particularly on larger properties and at times such as Christmas and New Year.  These will be refundable within 14 days of the completion of the holiday if everything is in order.

SMALLER PARTIES We can occasionally make reductions for smaller parties wishing to stay in larger properties at quiet times or on short notice bookings  - do ask for details.
