LOCATION Centrally situated off George’s Square in the old town of Lyme Regis, just 2 mins walk from the main street and the beach. Open countryside is a 10 min walk away.

PROPERTY A delightful two bedroom terraced cottage, very well equipped, tastefully furnished and decorated and centrally heated throughout.

KITCHEN The kitchen/diner is a lovely spacious room. Well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox, gas hob and oven, etc.There is a dining table and chairs for six and a wood burner effect electric heater.

LOUNGE A cosy room with comfortable furniture, television, video and DVD, wood burner effect electric heater.

BEDROOMS Two bedrooms on the first floor. One with twin beds, the other with double bed and bunk beds.

BATHROOM Good sized bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and bath with power shower over.

OUTSIDE A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard garden which is equipped with patio table and chairs. You may stop in front of the cottage to unload and then free parking is provided for your stay in the nearby Charmouth Road or Holmbush Car Parks - both about a 5 min walk away
